4. Orders, Pricing & Payments

• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, correct pricing or typographical errors, and cancel orders suspected of fraud.
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

5. Franchise Structure

• Pikanadas Enterprises may operate both corporate-owned and franchised locations.
• Independently owned franchise locations may have operational differences. Certain systems — including loyalty, marketing, payment processing, and technology infrastructure — may be centrally managed by Pikanadas Enterprises.
• Franchisees are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, brand elements, menu designs, graphics, text, website content, and marketing materials are the exclusive property of Pikanadas Enterprises. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes.
• You agree not to attempt to interfere with security or system integrity.
• You agree not to use automated systems to scrape or access our data.
• You agree not to impersonate another individual.

8. Limitation of Liability
